"This is an accurate review of cabin #5, this is the basic cabin across from office. PROS: I had arrived with my sister and two small dogs. They were GREAT with the accompanying of the dogs. You pay for per night for each dog Cabin #5 backs up to a great open area for the dogs. There is a playground there for the kids. You can hear the river from all cabins The owners dog greets you !!! Very green and pretty. Lots of places to explore. CONS: When we got into the cabin we noticed many things that needed repair. First going in, the screen door was warped. There was a little O-ring that you would put a little hook from the screen door to attach it. Well, the door was so warped you could barely pull on the hook to get it into the O-ring. The owner needs to put a handle on the inside of the door so that you can pull the door and attach the hook to the O-ring. Hard with my arthritic hands. The biggest deal for us was the tiny toilet was loose. the toilet would to wobble whenever you sat on it. It is very old and very short. Put a taller chair height toilet in there. AC handle broken came off when I tried turning on. No microwave. The one in the kitchen had blown a fuse I guess, so he had a little one up on the refrigerator which he had to lift down for us, it took up the entire counter space. Bathroom fan clings after running for a minute. Just be aware that this is an old cabin. But repairs are necessary here, had I known this I would not have rented here."

"Great host, very friendly and the location is fantastic. If you fancy high end modern boring white interiors.. look futher. But we were feeling home like coming by your aunt and uncle which hou haven'r seen for yeats. Don't forget the excellent pool and good distance ro Bryson City."

"Great Hotel! Book a river front room if you can. The view is gorgeous. If you can't no worries, they have a huge patio w/ seating you can hang out on w/ the river view. Just Beautiful."

"Super convenient, clean, and friendly hotel for our one-night stay for a concert at Harrah's Event Center. They have a shuttle that runs to/from the casino every 20 minutes. The hotel is older, but our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The price was reasonable, too."

"The food was good but it was nothing to do there we only stayed there because of the car show and it got rained out ¹"
