The Quechee Treehouse is a colorful cottage perfect for groups and families. Located just off the road, and surrounded by trees, this home is ideal for a getaway any time of the year.

Enter on the lower level of this home to a mudroom and sitting area. There are two bedrooms on this level, which is completed by a bathroom with a fully tiled standalone shower.

Venture upstairs to the main level of the home to the living room with a TV for movie nights. Also on this level is a dining room, the kitchen, a covered deck, a bedroom, and a full bath. The home is completed with a sleeping loft.

Nearby, you'll enjoy all Vermont has to offer, including winter and summer sports, the restaurants of Gourmet Alley, antiquing, the Vermont raptor center, Long Trail and Harpoon Breweries, Simon Pierce glassworks, Quechee Gorge, and much more. Though it seems you are miles away from it all, there are several stores, restaurants, and antiquing options within a 10-15 minute walk from the house.

The Quechee Club boasts two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland) in the summer which, in the winter, provide groomed Nordic skiing trails. In addition, Quechee offers tennis, paddle tennis, skiing, and an array of options for swimmers, hikers, and fishermen. The Club House has multiple dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. These Quechee Club amenities require rental packages and are available upon request from the Quechee Club directly.

Quechee is centrally located between Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire (home of Dartmouth College). Hanover and Woodstock combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with the cultural sophistication of a college town. Galleries, unique shops, museums, and a variety of excellent and unique dining experiences are available. Killington and Pico are approximately 30 minutes from Quechee and offer world-class skiing, mountain biking, golf, and other year-round activities.

THINGS TO KNOW



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
