Location, location, location - this Fairway Village gem is located directly on the Quechee Golf Course! Enjoy a comfortable, relaxing Vermont vacation - sit in front of the wood-burning fireplace after a full day skiing at the Quechee Ski Hill (just minutes away), Pico, or Killington. If you prefer, simply step out your door onto the fairway and go for a snowshoe or a cross country ski.

Enter to the well-appointed kitchen and living room with air-conditioning and ample seating in front of the wood-burning fireplace and large smart TV. Step out to the patio that has a table with seating and gas BBQ grill, overlooking a babbling brook and the tee box and fairway at the Quechee Club’s Highland course. The primary suite is on this main level and provides air-conditioning and a bathroom en suite.

Upstairs, you will find more air-conditioned bedrooms. There is also a second, shared, full bathroom on this level.

Whatever time of year you decide to visit Vermont, you will enjoy Quechee’s spectacular views, convenience to recreational activities, and a comfortable feeling of luxury and seclusion. While offering the best of Vermont vacations, Quechee is convenient to Boston, New York, Albany, cultural and entertainment events, and nearby world-class health care (Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center).

The Quechee Club boasts two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland) in the summer which, in the winter, provide groomed Nordic skiing trails. In addition, Quechee offers tennis, paddle tennis, skiing, and an array of options for swimmers, hikers, and fishermen. The Club House has multiple dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. These Quechee Club amenities require rental packages and are available upon request from the Quechee Club directly.

Quechee is centrally located between Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire (home of Dartmouth College). Hanover and Woodstock combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with the cultural sophistication of a college town. Galleries, unique shops, museums, and a variety of excellent and unique dining experiences are available. Killington and Pico are approximately 30 minutes from Quechee and offer world-class skiing, mountain biking, golf, and other year-round activities.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
