Gorgeous and recently renovated, this one-bedroom townhome in a quiet location with wooded views is perfect for your next romantic Quechee getaway. You’ll love being conveniently located close to all Quechee amenities, the Quechee Club, the Ottauquechee River, Quechee Main Street, and Dewey’s Pond.

Entering the main level, you'll find an air-conditioned, bright, clean living space with wood floors, a well-appointed kitchen with stainless appliances, and a large comfortable couch facing a warm gas fireplace and large smart TV. The dining area with bench seating gives way to a deck with additional seating and wooded views - perfect for wine and cheese after a day on the golf course or skiing. Also on this level is a half bathroom.

On your lower level, you will find wood floors, a gorgeous full bathroom, and a luxurious bedroom with a walk-in closet, slider door access to the outside, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a large smart TV.

Whatever time of year you decide to visit Vermont, you will enjoy Quechee’s spectacular views, convenience to recreational activities, and a comfortable feeling of luxury and seclusion. While offering the best of Vermont vacations, Quechee is convenient to Boston, New York, Albany, cultural and entertainment events, and nearby world-class health care (Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center).

The Quechee Club boasts two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland) in the summer which, in the winter, provide groomed Nordic skiing trails. In addition, Quechee offers tennis, paddle tennis, skiing, and an array of options for swimmers, hikers, and fishermen. The Club House has multiple dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. These Quechee Club amenities require rental packages and are available upon request from the Quechee Club directly.

Quechee is centrally located between Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire (home of Dartmouth College). Hanover and Woodstock combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with the cultural sophistication of a college town. Galleries, unique shops, museums, and a variety of excellent and unique dining experiences are available. Killington and Pico are approximately 30 minutes from Quechee and offer world-class skiing, mountain biking, golf, and other year-round activities.

THINGS TO KNOW



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
