"Nice view and large unit kitchen living room bedroom and bathroom. Only downfall was finding condo 4 as it is not marked. Also, the locks were difficult to open. There are 110 stairs from gate to condo 4. "

"We had the most amazing view of Banderas Bay. Rooms were clean, one bed was comfortable, the other bed was a bit worn down. Hosts are great. Living room furniture is a bit worn as well but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay."

"A general thumb's up for this property and those who tend it -- their service was good, friendly, and prompt when needed. The view is wonderful. Place is spotless and is an oasis of peace when compared to PV. Bus service into PV or Boca is frequent and close. The price is hard to beat, so one has to accept cooking on a single burner hot plate and microwave, and the distance involved in getting groceries. Walking on the highway may not be advisable after dark given lack of sidewalk. Many stairs...

"Our stay at Sherrie's condo was wonderful! We had the most stunning views from the large outside terrace. The breeze kept us cool and the waves lulled us to sleep at night. The area is very quiet and we usually had the pool to ourselves. Her place was well stocked and we loved the authentic Spanish vibe. We would love to come back again."
