Located steps from crystal-clear Rangeley Lake, with dock access and onsite connectors to snowmobile and hiking trails, this comfy 4-season cabin-- part of a 13-cabin colony on 45 wooded acres-- is surrounded by plentiful choices for outdoor adventure and enjoying Maine's stunning natural beauty. Enjoy lake views in the enclosed screen porch, or take in the sunset on the dock. The dark night sky over the cabin offers unmatched stargazing. Here on the quiet side of the lake, listen to loons or "singing" ice-- and watch for wildlife as you relax at the fire pit. Rangeley Lake State Park is just a 5-minute drive away. Downtown Rangeley is just a 15-minute drive away, Saddleback Ski Area and Bike Park just 22 minutes away, and Sugarloaf and Carrabassett Mountain Bike Trails are 50 minutes away.
10/2023 Please note that there is currently construction of new cabins happening on the Niboban property. Our cabin's view of the lake remains, and will remain, unobstructed.

Great spot!
Stayed here for a couple nights to ski at Saddleback and it was perfect for 4 of us. Very comfortable and homey space at a beautiful location on Rangeley Lake. Close to town. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking, wifi worked well, and the heating system kept us very comfortable. Hope to stay again!
