The booking price is for one private room with one queen bed and up to two guests (per room rented). Dual rooms will need to be reserved individually. Common areas and bathroom may be shared. Up two rooms listed at any given time so there may be other guests present and/or in neighboring rooms. The upstairs is tenant occupied and the remainder of the property serves as a doggy daycare which means there will likely be friendly canines present during your stay. Dogs are separated from rental quarters. It was great. It's a nice room in the lower level of a private residence. It was just me. It was clean and quiet. I had zero problems, felt safe at all times.

After reading all the reviews about the uncomfortable bed, I figured the owner had replaced it. I was wrong. The bed is old, saggy, and uncomfortable. I also didn't realize that I would be sharing a bathroom with a stranger who stayed in the bedroom next store. I was thankful for the laundry room (even if the owner had left clothes in the dryer) and, overall, it was okay.
