“The rooms are dated and haven't been deep cleaned in a while. The beds and pillows were not comfortable at all. We stayed 6 nights and were told sheets and towels would be changed on day 3. I had to request housekeeping on days 3, 4, and twice on day 5 to before receiving service. The pool area is ok, but also not very well maintained or clean. I recommend going to the desk for pool towels each time. Staff does not check the area and replenish towels regularly.

“I will say, the only reason I am not giving this a better rating is because nowhere on the website or when we made the reservation were we told that the hotel was undergoing extensive renovations, and the key amenities we were looking for (namely the swimming pool for our kids, and the hot fresh breakfasts) were not going to be available. I don't care how friendly the staff is, or how nice the rooms, when this level of restriction is not publicized prior to booking, it is an extremely poor look……
