“Clean room and plenty of space for my family”

“The room had a broken self on there stand which I was blamed for , when I didn’t know I had to report something that was already there. I went to class the day after my reservation and when I came back all my things were missing from the room an they threw away all my food and water because the had an issue with their system and didn’t see my full reservation. The two women at the front desk were rude and demeaning to me when I showed them multiple times my full reservation. Then they proceeded……

“Unfortunately, when I booked this hotel, I was not notified that they were under construction until almost a week later. In addition to that, we were assured that the construction would not interrupt our stay. Not only did we not have access to the amenities that were the reason we booked the hotel, but we also did not have access to a decent breakfast in the morning. The noise, the dust from construction as well as the lack of pool and breakfast were a major issue. The front desk staff were……
