I was upset at the fact that I found some sord of crumbs underneath the sheets and my fiancé noticed some kind of black dried up insects underneath the sheets as well. Made us wonder if they even change their sheets after every customer!???
Manager Mary customer service was good as far as getting me situated in a bigger room other than that i wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.
Beautiful beach B&B/hotel. Mary was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was very good. The location is as close as you can get to the beach in Avon. The whole area by the beach feels very safe and clean. Cahelmara is furnished with very interesting antiques and has that turn of the [19th] century feel.
Excellent staff. The breakfast was very good. Chef made an outstanding gluten free muffin and made an extra one for the ride home. Property was very clean.
Did not know it was a Bed and Breakfast. Room extremely cramped and on 3rd floor with a 1/2 width stairway from 2nd to 3rd level. Staying for a wedding and we could barely fit in the tiny bathroom. Hit my shead on the ceiling dormer angles 3 times. No outlets available for chargers. Toilet in room was full of urine, and tub had no shower other than a hand held hose wrapped around the faucet. so they changed our room to a smaller room. Nice staff and great breakfast. Rest of the inn was very nice.
The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. An error was made with booking and room assignment and the manager was quick to make things right. Everyone was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend
