"The building outside definitely needs to be remodeled. I was afraid first when I arrived. However the rooms are remodeled and pretty. We had an excellent and comfortable stay. I would stay again."

"The view is amazing and the water is very pretty. The house had a lot of space, good central meeting areas with good outdoor eating and lounging options as well. Overall it was a good stay considering we wanted to all be together in a large place (extended family). The tv's and Sonos were nice to have when we wanted to do our own thing in our room or have music while cooking. The owner, Julie gave great recommendations for places to go and answered questions quickly. The home is showing it's age in some areas. Doors that don't close without force, hard to open sliders, etc. The freezer track was messed up and required an extra push to close all the way. We learned this by all the ice cream melting, that was a bummer. No bedrooms have locks nor bathrooms, it took some getting used to with the kids. The water smelled like sulfur, so we bought roughly 20 gallons of drinking water. Keep that in mind if you rent. Parking is tricky and the gate is very tight. Unfortunately for us the time of year was such that a lot of seaweed was washing up and caused a terrible smell outside, (nothing to do with the house) so the local nearby beaches were a no go due to the smell. All in, it was a good stay, we enjoyed each others company and loved the view. That never gets old, and every bedroom has a good view! If you stay here, I'd advise bug spray. In the evenings when the sand cools, they come out aggressively. We all got eaten up."

"Our first visit to St Thomas was incredible thanks to our stay at Villa Marina. From the communication prior to our arrival, during our stay, and once we left, we could not ask for more. This was the perfect place for our family as it had 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/living room area. Each bed room has a slider out to the balcony that overlooks the bay and yachts. Super convenient to the ferry to St John’s. The pool was an added bonus for us. After spending the days sightseeing, we would come back, have an adult beverage or two down by the pool. Just an absolute amazing time. This was our first time to St Thomas and will not be our last. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone. I would highly suggest to anyone coming to St Thomas to rent a vehicle rather than taxis. It makes it so much easier to get around and see things."

"Second time back at Island time and already planning our third ! The property itself is clean and has everything you need. The host adds extra special touches to make your stay enjoyable. Walking out your door to the patio right on Sapphire Beach every morning is amazing . Every morning I was able to get my coffee at beach buzz and watch the ocean . We walked up to Sudis for breakfast had pizza on the patio from Paradise pie , enjoyed beautiful views overlooking the water with an amazing dinner at Sea Salt . The beach bar has an amazing staff and great food and drink options . The best restaurants all within footsteps of your door ! We utilized the pool on cruise ship days and loved it . The taxi stand is right out your door as well . The proximity to Red Hook is very convenient , easy for a day trip to St. John, a shopping trip to Moe’s , or check out any of the restaurants. Kathie , the host is excellent at communication and always available to answer any questions . Incredible stay , highly recommend!"

"My family stayed in Crystal Cove. We stayed in D14, run by Blue Octopus Properties. The rooms were clean, smelled good, and were completely stocked. The communication with the manager Leah, was excellent. During a rolling blackout, on the entire island, she guided us through the situation and was completely understanding. I will stay there again and again."

"Wow!! Our vacation was amazing. Overlooking the marina offered peacefulness and privacy. Sapphire Beach was just around the corner within easy walking distance. Red Hook was close by for provisions. Sudi’s Bar and Grill was just outside the door. The pool was next to Sudi’s. The beach and pool water was perfect. The condo location was excellent. It was clean provided everything that was necessary for our stay. Thank you TJ!!!"
