"We were so fortunate to have found this beautiful timeshare at the Ritz-Carlton Club Residence. We stayed in a 3 bedroom/ 3 1/2 bath residence that was very clean and most importantly it was a much welcomed air conditioned place. The pools were so nice and clean and right outside our place. The only hiccup was the Westin check in.....we received "welcome" info. 3 days later and also had trouble getting bathroom supplies filled (shampoo, conditioner, shower gels were empty). Staff replaced a missing coffee pot right away. Communication with owner was excellent and VRBO booking was efficient and went smoothly. We would most definitely rent from this owner again."

"Host booked the wrong date at the resort and was totally unresponsive when we contacted him about the issue. Left us stranded at the airport in St Thomas. We had to pay 1900 to get a room for one night. Still have not heard from the host with an explanation or apology."

"We had such a lovely time at the resort!!! The room was beautiful and exactly as pictures, and details noted! GORGEOUS VIEW!!! It was easy to maneuver around the resort and get help when needed! The pool was perfect, and the beach better. We just loved the ongoing interactive activities at the pool each day! There was wonderful snorkeling too, which included a shoal of squid, barracuda, eel, and so many more! Thank you so much!!!"

"So close to the beach! Beautiful and comfortable. The bedding was so great, my husband wants to find those pillows! The apartment is well appointed with most items you need. They provided coffee and a coffeemaker which I requested! Lots of towels and some great beach items. Even the shower was phenomenal which is not typical for the island! There are 4 places to eat a half block away on the property. all very good! There were 2 within a short walk of the condo. Red hook is a $6 cab ride with even more options for eating and drinking! All in all it was a wonderful trip! The one thing I will warn you about is cruise ships use the beaches on St Thomas and surrounding islands. If you happen to be there when the cruise ships are in, the beach is anything but private. There were days that were so busy you didnt feel like you had space of your own. Unfortunately, in the two weeks we were there, we had cruise ships everyday. I still would recommend this condo. However, check the Cruise Ship Schedule before you plan your trip! . "

"The condo was the perfect size for my spouse & I. When we arrived it was easy to get in, clean and well maintained. The drunk octopus’s made me laugh. Sapphire Beach is beautiful and very walkable from the condo, but we are older, so the hills to get to the beach were too challenging for us to walk. Good thing we rented a car. The host was very welcoming & communication was excellent. "
