“The room was excellent! There are great views of both NYC and the Hudson River over into New Jersey. The room was clean with nice compliments. No hassle check out due to having a cleaning service.Our host went above and beyond in allowing our stay to be great for a daughter’s 16 birthday present and this was our family’s first trip to NYC. “Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben sehr geräumig und hatte viel Stauraum für die Klamotten. Die Küche hatte alles was man brauchte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Heizung war sehr einfach regulierbar. Der Gastgeber war gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Die Lage war gut gelegen. Man brauchte mit dem Bus unter 20min um nach Manhatten zu kommen und die Bushaltestelle war in 5min erreichbar.Eine wirklich tolle Wohnung.”

"I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped."
