Cozy Casita Near Dalton and Chattanooga!

Hello,

You are viewing our little Casita we renovated for family to stay in while they visit. We figured why not rent it out when it's not being used too!

This property is on 7 acres of land with 500' of Chickamauga Creek Front if you want to hike down at your own risk through the trees. Bring your canoe or kayaks too if you like for at your own risk creek access.

About 1.5 miles to the Ringgold nature bike and hiking trail on the river and also the Little General Playground Park For Kids.

Cracker Barrel is 1/4 mile away, 2 grocery stores within 1.5 miles.

Less than a mile to downtown Ringgold GA, about 18 miles to Chattanooga TN, 15 Miles To Dalton GA, 2 Hours to Nashville, 1.75 Hours To Atlanta.

It was remodeled in 2022 so its pretty clean and updated. This is a family guest house, not the Four Seasons though so while its a good little spot, know it's not extreme luxury with your own maid and concierge... Lol...

Bedroom nightstand lights are touch free chargers too!
Huge walk in closet with 24 hangars and a dresser.
Futon in the living room for additional bedding if needed.
Small kitchen table and 4 stools.
Tankless water heater for no worries of running out of hot water.
Dual air fryer & A Griddle are provided along with a microwave for basic cooking.
basic dinner ware and silverware also provided.
French Coffee Press & Electric Water Pot for your Coffee, Tea, Cider or Hot chocolate needs.
Smaller sized refrigerator and freezer provided.

Comfy and convenient
I was in town for a graduation so the location was close and convenient. There must be a fire station near the property because the sirens went off all hours of the night. There are two TVs but no Wi-Fi even though it is advertised as providing Wi-Fi. Owner said that was a mistake made by VRBO. I did hike down to the nearby creek which was beautiful.

Love to explore!
Such a neat place to stay. Very convenient to all things Ringgold and Interstate 75. But best hidden secret is the close proximity to the creek allowing for fishing and exploring. Great for extended stays!
