** Caution to EXPENSIVE servce CHARGE ** Nice place, big appartment. New hotel. Room was not clening well, lot of hair in the bath and towel from last renter in the washer machine. I was surprise to be charge a 500$$$ extra services fee, not advertising on Hotel.com. Oven and cook top is RV size, not apropriate for a family. Big living room but only a small love seats and a chair. Not appropriate for a family maybe need more furniture. The elevator is very slow and the staff use it in the daytime to move some stuff, you need to take te next one. Valet parking not speek english, spanish only, you need to go to reception each time you need to ask him something. Pool is nice, restaurant is good and price is ok.

Pros and Cons: Pros: Friendly front desk staff Condo was very clean Adequate parking Nice ocean view Kitchen was nicely furnished. Comfortable beds Cons: The ocean is at least 2 football fields away Pool is way too small, especially with all the kids. Cleaners will use the elevator to go up/down one floor. Every time I was on the elevator it stopped for a cleaner to go down one floor even though they were not carrying anything.. Bartender (older blonde) had an attitude and looked miserable . Very rude to us and my other guests. She needs to find another job. Other 2 bartenders were great!

Everything was amazing from the moment I walked in to the office for check in, the staff was friendly, helpful and informative! This was a home away from home! I will definitely be back next year!
