"This is definitely one of the best resorts and hotels I’ve ever been to. Staff were always polite and accommodating. Most of them spoke very good English and they were easy to talk to. Room service comes around twice a day to make sure any rooms don’t get kissed for the cleaning process. Ocean is very warm and the white sand beaches are dream-like. The visibility of the ocean is typical for the pacific west coast. Murky and sandy and not much visibility. You can choose to not tip but everyone...

"While there was an issue at check-in (no record of my free breakfast, and an additional $15/night fee which was more than the $12/night previously emailed), hotel management made it right. The staff and the service was fantastic, as was the food. The hotel is safe and the view from the room was fantastic! It was weird sharing a balcony with another room, but luckily we never saw or heard our neighbors. It's a lovely place, ESPECIALLY as an Expedia VIP member with the perks!"

"I really enjoyed staying at the Riu Vallarta. Everything about it was great. I think it’s the first all inclusive that I’ve had a cold refrigerator and hot water in my shower and I’ve been to lots of all inclusive so those were we’re just the cherry on top. "We just returned from Marival Emotions and we had the best time!!! I am not sure where all the bad reviews come from?? We were there for 7 nights on an all inclusive package. It was my husband, myself and our 2 boys aged 2.5 and 5. We arrived at the resort at noon and our room was not ready but we were able to take FULL advantage of all the amenities. Upon arrival we realized we left one of our bags in the shuttle and the gentleman at the front handling the luggage was beyond helpful in helping...

"Many times repeat guest at Palladium. Low season so hotel was full of locals on 3-4 day trips. Large family groups who tolerated us but are not generally friendly or communicative and squeeze you out of your space if you don’t stand your ground. Beaches are Federally owned so not unusual to find locals walking onto supposed hotel beach front. All that said we keep coming back and have stayed in Family Selection area the last few visits where you are better cared for and have better...
