“We absolutely ADORE this property! The location can’t be beat, parking is a breeze (you do have to figure out getting to it the first time), amenities are close and everything was clean and well-stocked. It IS on the 3rd floor up narrow stairs, but cute, Cute, CUTE!”

“Super clean house! Very impressed with care and presentation of home. We didn't cook but kitchen seemed to have everything. We appreciated all the little extras left for us!”

“Great communication and the house was so cute. It was pretty cold however. Space heaters were not enough to warm it up. Fuse blew several times. ”

“Bed was a full not a queen. Room stank of marijuana. Bed was an extremely worn out box spring that collapsed towards the middle. There were two twin beds in the closets we used instead but there was no spare bedding or linens in the place. The only soap in the place was a hand soap. Nothing for showers. Only two towels. If you wanted to wash your hair or something you were out of luck. The only dresser or place to put things was broken with a sign saying not to touch it. We almost left……

“Great value, good location to get to major sites, had enough beds and bathrooms for our group. The downstairs bathroom had some issues that the host is planning to fix, and one of the bed frames was broken. There was some trash and random articles of clothing leftover from a previous guest. Host was very responsive, and neighborhood was quiet. House had everything we needed-gave it 4 stars due to the issues mentioned above. ”

“We loved our stay at this elegant apartment! It had everything our family needed for our one-week stay in St.Louis. It was clean and comfortable and felt like home away from home. We were happy to bring our newly adopted newborn baby there while waiting for the legal documents. Brandon was very good at communicating when we thought we needed to extend our visit and very flexible and kind when we ended up not needing to book extra days. The neighborhood is super cute and safe to walk around for……

“I will stay here again. It was a great location for my visit. Lots of room and amenities. Highly recommend this location if you are visiting the St Louis area. Barely a mile to get to Hwy 70, so easy access to St Louis, St Peter's, Wentzville etc. Maybe two blocks from Historic St Charles and Ameristar Casino.”
