"Our kids had a blast. The staff are so friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We got to check in early at 12 and our room was ready. The next day we checked out at 11 but got to stay the whole day at the waterpark. Will definitely be back in summer for the outdoor pools etc. "

"Close by, convenient to be able to ride the shuttle back and forth. It was difficult getting back on the shuttle at night. Guests are not courtesy and want to cut line and try to jump in front of you after you have been waiting. I did go to guest services and complain. We had very noisey guest beside of us the entire stay. The toilet ran and I notified them, they don’t nothing about it. There was also a dirty bandaid left on the ledge of the shower. I asked for it to be cleaned, they said they would and they did not."

"This was an excellent place to take the grandchildren on their spring break! The staff was friendly and efficient, from the front desk, maid service, waterworks staff, etc., all was excellent! The rooms were clean and the amenities were supplied! We will return!"
