“Classic, clean and convenient location”

“The Lighthouse Suites Trastevere were the perfect home base for our evening in Rome. The staff was extremely helpful and the location was in a gorgeous courtyard that was perfectly located to access the whole city via both bus and car. The room was amazing.”

“Overall the room and its location were great. I would have given 5 stars; however, I had some issues with my checkin process, and did notice some ants crawling on my bed and around room. With regard to checkin, I received instructions on how to get into the property, only after I messaged the host that I arrived, and waited for about 15-20 minutes. I rang the front gate bell for several minutes and no one was present to let me in, despite what the Expedia checkin info stated. The check-in……

“I had a wonderful stay at the La Rivière Guesthouse in Rome. The location was fantastic — close to public transportation and surrounded by restaurants, which was a lifesaver on nights I got home late from work and needed a quick bite. The Ludovico was absolutely amazing and incredibly accommodating, especially when I needed to extend my stay by an extra day. He was attentive throughout and made everything feel easy, which meant a lot while navigating a the city. Otherwise, I have zero complaints……

“It was my first time travel to Italy and I was pleased to stay there to start my trip. The location is great, very easily accessible, chilled neighborhood around, they have a gorgeous rooftop as well, but it seems it has not been fully utilized. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I had encountered the terrible rainstorm in Rome, thanks to it's powerful hair dryer and the 24 hr ironing room, I could wear my only coat again that evening :-) I didn't go to their spa and breakfast so cannot comment on……

“Host does not communicate through Expedia messages , checking in was challenging. Make sure to contact them via WhatsApp. Room was very dusty, outdated , really didn’t quite match the description. Close to Trastevere restaurants.”

“The location is pretty good. Near the Trastevere train station, which is helpful. There was construction happening on the street so it was noisy in the morning and I felt the ground shake from the construction. Luckily I didn't need to sleep in so I was awake when it started. The bathroom light for my room does not work and there is only one outlet in the whole room that has a converter for general technology. There are two lamps, but there is not an outlet for the second lamp. It sits there……

“Really enjoyed my stay and the apartment had everything we needed. Would have loved to have more mirrors around the apartment but other than that, really great stay and in an optimal location as well very easy to get to main attractions and not far from restaurants in trastevere.”
