I did spend hours at its exterior, which I found to be bad and very difficult for transportation. My harsh complaint is about the Managers of this property, whose mismanagement resulted in my spending 3.5 hours trying to get access to the apartment, even though I arrived before their Closing Time. Despite about 12 phone calls and texts that evening to the "HELP" phone they provide, no one responded. I was stuck outside the apartment with zero support, and had to return to Rome's center 3 hours after my 26-euro taxi ride there (plus 26-euro return) in order to find a hotel for that night and the rest of the week. AND... they have, up to this date 11 days later, refused to refund my prepayment of over 400 euros. These people are incompetent.
