It is ideal for couples alone, or in the company of two children.

It is in the urbanization of Roquetas de Mar, within the Tropicana Club, which is a beachfront complex, with no roads in front, just the promenade and the beach. It has a tennis court, swimming pool and community gardens.
It is very quiet and has no noise either during the day or at night.
It is in the center of everything, restaurants, beach bars, clubs, parks, bicycle rentals, kayaks, ... you do not need a car to go anywhere, you can park it the first day and forget about it, since you have all the services walking less than 5 minutes, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, shops of all kinds ...

Enttäuschung Pur
Diese Unterkunft ist die größte Enttäuschung. Die Fotos sind nicht alle von dieser, sondern von der Nachbarwohnung. (Meerblick; Zimmer) Die Klimaanlage reicht nicht für alle Zimmer, obwohl ich mich vorher bei dem Eigentümer informiert habe. Die Betten/Matratzen sind alte Sprungfedern Matratzen, wo der Stoff gar nicht mehr spürbar ist. Ich schätze so 40-50 Jahre alt. Das gilt auch für Bettwäsche und Handtücher, die nicht einmal gewaschen waren. Zum Glück gibt es eine Waschmaschine in die Wohnung, somit habe ich wenigstens alles waschen können. Die Sauberkeit in Bad und Küche war in Ordnung. Die Unterkunft ist eine von den teuersten in Roquetas de Mar! Für den verlangten Preis sollte man was investieren, und die Wohnung pflegen. Die Lage war sehr gut, daher die 2 Sterne.

Déçu par cette location.L'accueil ,lors de notre arrivée a été inexistant. Le propriétaire, était absent ,car il réside aux USA. Ce que nous ne savions pas. La personne qui devait nous recevoir, a finalement délégué à une 3em personne qui s'est uniquement contentée de nous ouvrir l'appartement, et nous donner les clés. L'électricité n'était pas branchée, donc pas de frigo en marche, en plein été!!!,l'eau, non plus c'est moi qui l'ai branchée. Le propriétaire m'avait affirmé avoir une place de parking, mais il a oublié de dire que c'est une place pour garer une "SMART". Parking en sous sol,accessible en entrant, si vous le pouvez, votre voiture dans un ascenseur à véhicules, et une fois dans le parking, il est impossible de circuler.Résultat,j'ai du laisser mon véhicule dans la rue pendant 15 jours, alors que j'avais réglé cette location en prenant cette option (1500EUROS). Le propriétaire n'a pas eu un geste à ce sujet.Enfin,il manque dans cet appartement des ustensiles de base, pas de bacs à glaçons, pas de cocotte, pas de passoire, pas de four, sauf un micro onde. Seul point positif, l'appartement est bien, situé, correspond à la description, vue sur la mer, dans une résidence calme, à 150 m de la plage dont nous avons accès par un chemin privé.Conclusion:Je trouve cette location trop chère par rapport aux équipements et les réponses du propriétaire aux questions posées sont à mon avis volontairement incomplètes. Si j'avais eu tous les éléments je n'aurais pas choisi cette location.
