“The staff was extremely helpful from the minute I checked in( I checked in at 9am but they still gave me a room as they knew I have a 13 hours flight and nn need for me to wait till 3 pm, very considerate). The restaurant and cafe they recommended are excellent and very patient to explain me the direction. The only little thing is the bathroom floor, there was a dirty, sticky finger prints on the floor. Didint know why they were there and it’s too obvious that they shouldn’t have missed it.”

“Love the history and character of this hotel. The service is incomparable and the staff is amazing. Bedding was very comfortable. Jansz restaurant was wonderful as was the Pulitzer Bar. “A small but stylish hotel. Staff are very warm and helpful. Not many but sufficient choices on breakfast. Nice coffee, shower gel/shampoo available in room. Hotel is also well located and easily accessible to various museums/travel spots. "The house keeping is terrible! I think they don’t really follow room check out status to perform cleaning. The staff just open my door at 06:30am for house keeping. I feel unsafe and strange. Even I already be their gold member I still need to wait over 20 mins to checkout at 10:30am, definitely not because of busy traffic, but only one counter is open, the great thing with this hotel is the location and parking offer. However it definitely strange to have someone break into my room at 06:30am and knock my door again at 10:00am which official check out time said to be 12:00pm"
