“The staff are very friendly. Housekeeping is a bit spotty. I would expect a small bottle of milk for my tea and Nespresso coffee, not some cheap creamer powder. And that was not replaced consistently. I had to leave note. And the hotel itself is not designed or updated to be handicapped friendly or accessible. Which in this day and age, and at this price point, is just not right. Still, and apart from the above notes, it is a nice hotel in a convenient location.”

“We loved this hotel. It was clean, excellent location, contemporary. The breakfast choices were amazing and I’ve never eaten so much. The restaurant next door is a must, can’t remember the name but great food. For something cheaper on the other side of hotel you can eat as many ribs as you like. The staff at the hotel were so accommodating. The only negatives are: Need more places to hang things, especially the towels Also, gym was a 10 min walk away. Great gym but gutted not on……

"首先值得點贊是前台服務員，她非常友善和有禮貌。雖然入住時間是下午3 時，但我們中午12 時已到，她也很樂意早些給我們房間。不過房間比較舊，入房已聞到陣陣老舊嘅味道。冲涼水壓一般，如果過了晚上10 時冲涼，熱水唔夠熱，有時會凍。整體尚算滿意。"
