Ski racks provided in the garage for the use of our guests.

You will enter this space through the garage (please do not go to the front door as that is the occupied part of the home). You will enter using garage code provided. You can come and go as you please. As your hosts we are friendly people and are happy to interact and answer questions or requests should you need or want anything. HOUSE RULES:

Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property.

We do not allow any type of parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes.

Parking: There is 1 parking spot in the garage available to guests and 1 parking spot in the driveway, no street parking available.

Pet policy: With the homeowners having severe pet allergies within their family, this home strictly prohibits any pets from visiting or residing within it.

Reports of failure to comply with the smoking/drug policy, noise curfew cut off time of 10pm and pet policies will result in the loss of your security deposit and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done to the property that hinder another same day check in.

Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.

The home has a coded door lock so no interaction with the host is necessary. You can come and go as you please. As your hosts we are friendly people and are happy to interact and answer questions or requests should you need or want anything.
