Great big house, convenient to the mountains.

Our extended family stayed here for our yearly snow trip. It's a really nice property - clean, kitchen is well stocked, lots of space. It's about 45 minutes (no traffic) door to door to either Brighton or Snowbird. The extra living room/den downstairs is great for extra space for kids/teenagers to hang out or sleep.The only draw back is there's only 1 bathroom downstairs to share between the 3 downstairs bedrooms. Everything else is great. Definitely recommend for large families.

Great place to gather

We were gathering for a weekend wedding so our stay was short. This place was comfortable and clean. I appreciated the chocolate treats. It was close to Walmart for groceries. There were mulitiple places for various groups of family members to gather and visit. There were some unique games that the younger family members enjoyed. Lovely view across the Salt Lake Valley.

Nice house, but not clean

This property was nice, in a very good, quiet location. However, the house was not clean. Upon arrival there was trash and painting supplies all over the first living room. There were cobwebs in the ceiling and on the fans/light fixtures. The upstairs washing machine had moldy water that had been sitting in it, making the bathroom smell. And the washer was broken. The couch was stained from someone previously. All of the upstaids beds were extremely uncomfortable. The downstairs washing machine had wet towels that had been sitting in the dryer, making the downstairs smell like mold. Every single door creaked so loud it would wake you up in the night if someone was using the bathroom. The property management team was good to communicate these issues with. But overall, will choose a different house next time in SLC.

Not the house we hoped for

~ Overall the house had a feel of being old, used hard and even a little grimy. Things were not as clean as they appeared on the photos. For instance, the blinds were white with yellow staining, the laundry room had a distinct oder of mildew/mold, the master shower upstairs also had an unpleasant oder, the bath mats in the upstairs shared bathroom were dirty, we killed at least 5 spiders in the house and everything just seemed beat up. ~ It seems as if the management company doesn't do a good job of being sure things are in proper repair before the next guest. We found the following things not working correctly. The AC for the house is not adequate, the slider in the basement is really hard to open and close, the pocket door in the upstairs bath doesn't stay on the track, most of the drawers in the closets are broken, some of the sliding closet doors are really hard to open, the hair dryer in the master upstairs was melted, the plug ins by the master bed downstairs don't function, most of the ceiling fans are really loud when they run, the washer on the main level needed repair and the shower rod in the basement fell the last night we were there. ~ Other things that we noted, you can't watch the large TV downstairs until it's completely dark as the game room sliding door doesn't have a cover and glares on the TV and the master in the basement did not have a TV as pictured. ~ While the owner was very nice and wanted to help with all the issues, the number of issues made the st

Great location!

Better temperature control. Hot 1st level, 2nd level warm but not hot, lower level freezing cold. Had to use space heater to stay warm. Love the location will stay again very clean beautiful view!

Family ski week

Photos and description were spot-on! Nice welcome letter and encouragement to contact management if anything was less than perfect. We found something with the heat; it was repaired within a couple hours. Very fast! If you have a larger group, this is a great home to rent!

This property was awesome, it fit our large family to a tee- we had 10 people 9 adults and one teen and never felt cramped for space. We loved the location 15 min from downtown where wedding was. View off balcony was perfect for morning coffee and TV room was perfect for pizza and movies, will definitely stay there again. The only down side we had was the basement master was a little warm but they had a fan to help with that. Really appreciate how they even let us check in a bit early to get ready for wedding festivities. Thank you!
