This is an exquisitely decorated large bed and breakfast. Just to look at the way it is furnished is worth the stay. The welcoming staff was very nice and accomodating. It is located next to everything in Boerne. We can t wait to go back and try out more of the rooms, as well as spend time on the beautiful verandas and the garden

Beautifully renovated and restored home originally built in the 1800's. Charming and romantic stay. Brent and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the property and local attractions in the area. Looking forward to our next stay!

Roosevelt room is awesome!
We stayed in the Roosevelt room for a 2 day stay. The room is large and wonderfully furnished! The bed is comfortable, shower is spacious and amenities are nice (included free beer!). Check in was easy, check out even easier. The bar downstairs is open only for guests which is nice. It is located within walking to the shops and creek park. Would like to stay there again! One note...traffic noise may keep some light sleepers awake. We had no problem with the traffic noise.

Amazing place to stay!
This place is amazing! The Roosevelt suite was super huge, beautifully decorated, well stocked etc. The staff was so amazing and nice we basically felt like we were staying at a friends house and had the whole mansion to ourselves during our stay. Very safe and secure. Beautiful grounds, interior was amazingly beautiful, lots of extra space to hang out and enjoy, just overall one of the most awesome weekends we have had in Boerne. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back the next time we are in town.

Hidden gem in Bourne
We splurged on this hotel for our 20th wedding anniversary. This place is a gem! It is a recently renovated historic mansion in Boerne. There are just 4 guest rooms, and each room is unique and special. If you appreciate a well done renovation, where elements were salvaged and reclaimed rather than replaced, then you will love this place. If you love a luxury suite, and lots of nooks and crannies throughout the house to explore, you will love this place. There are beautiful gardens with several secluded sitting areas. And a sweet house dog to boot. Brent, the host, was friendly, knowledgeable of the area and readily available when we had questions. There is excellent dining options all within walking distance. We will be back!

Beautifully Restored Mansion!!
What a beautiful mansion, almost 100% meticulously restored to original!! We stayed in the Henson Room which we believe to be the best, as our back porch overlooked the courtyard area. We were greeted when we arrived, everything was clean and they added a bucket of champagne with crystal wine glasses for our birthday celebration. Walking distance to every shop in Boerne, one block away from the River drive and a beautiful walk along the creek. We had dinner at Peggy's On The Green, which was exceptional!! We highly recommend The Legendary Texas Polo Club at Philip Manor Square!! Since they do not serve breakfast, we recommend Little Gretel on River Road and Bear Moon Bakery on Main Street, both are amazing!!

Cant go wrong with this place..!! We had all 4 rooms in our group and it was amazing..One of the owners gave us a tour and history of the place....The work and detail that went in to the restoration of the place is incredible...Beds were very comfortable,rooms clean and plenty of towels...We are already putting together a weekend in the Spring to return...!!
