Great spot close to Adams Ave.
Super-clean, beautifully outfitted and very private spot close to restaurants and shops on Adams Ave. VRBO description and access directions were exactly as posted. Wish it had been warm enough to enjoy the outdoor seating! Happened to meet the homeowners one evening, who were very charming and welcoming. Thank you for your hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely studio apartment while visiting our two adult children who continue to live in San Diego. Since we had lived in San Diego for many years prior, we had a rental car so we could visit friends in North San Diego, but the area is charming to walk around and has wonderful restaurants close enough to walk to if you enjoy walking. My husband is a consultant and was working part of the time- he was very pleased with the consistency and speed of the internet. The garden sitting area is peaceful with lights at night which add to the charm. Also, the parking space in the alley was very much appreciated especially when coming home in the evening. Nick and Amy were very responsive to our needs.

Another amazing long weekend
My son couldn't come home for Thanksgiving, so I came down to spend time with him. This place was perfect. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make a delicious thanksgiving meal! Clean and updated everything. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. This is my go to place for sure while my son is still in school

Great Private place
Stayed for 3 nights. Very clean unit with everything you need including laundry which is nice. Within walking distance of some coffee shops. Backyard is very private and nice place to sit out in morning for a coffee or evening with a drink. I will definitely stay again

Great little unit! Comfortable and well thought out design with attention to cute details. Absolutely recommend this property and would definitely book again. Check in/out was seamless and appreciated that there was a parking backup designated spot , although we never had to use it as we found street parking in front . Quiet, safe neighborhood.

Everything we needed for nice month stay
Great little place in a great neighborhood. Looks exactly the photos. Private entrance with cute little private courtyard. Wish it was warmer so we could enjoy it more. Layout was nice including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, newer wall heater/AC. Bed and pullout couch were both comfortable. Street parking when available, but there was also a spot around the back if street parking was not available. Great private little place for our quiet family getaway.

Great getaway
Easy access, quiet neighborhood, restful spot with all the amenities including large kitchen in a “studio apartment” setting that also has a full washer/dryer, large closet and a nicely appointed bathroom. Bed is super comfortable. They’ve even got a large flatscreen with all the streamers in case you get tired of everything SD has to offer. Short rides to anywhere in SD too. Recommended.

Great stay!
We stayed here while moving our daughter in to SDSU. It was really close and convenient. There is a parking spot just for the rental and it had everything we needed. Just be smarter than me and actually click on the sentence about parking when they send instructions - it is very helpful!
