Horrible

Dirty bugs drug needles on the stairs lobby dirty snack machine needs to be updated cleaning crew horrible front desk horrible worst place i ever stayed at. Noise all hours of the night people live there . Dont ever recommend anyone to stay there.

It was okay but they could make it look nicer and cleaner inside the rooms.

very well located and affordable

Pros: the location, and of course the price, very cheap
Cons: outside maintainance, painting is a little bit dirty and that would improve so much the aspect of the hotel.
Location: anything is close!
very well located and affordable, we arrived when the police was arresting people outside so it scared us! but we where in no options so we decided to give it a try and it was really nice, no problems at all, the rooms where very clean and comfortable, and the staff very polite and nice. I spend the night with my family and we felt relaxed. Not the hilton obviously, but good option to travel in a limited budget.

Me and my 1 yr old son got to the hotel on Friday March 3 and reserved it thru Wednesday March 8. Friday was ok to start out....I gave my son a bath friday night before he went to bed...We woke up Saturday morning look at my son and he is broke out from head to toe...He has sensitive skin but something was just not right about it...I thought maybe it could be CA water(we are from TN), detergent they use to clean the linens, or maybe i might have fed him some food that he might be allergic to and dont know. So i just used some itch rash cream to ease the itching. Still not knowing what exactly was going on with my son skin breaking out with rash and little fine red bumps... I started to notice Monday morning that not only is the rash, little fine red bumps still there on him but i now see 3 red bite marks in a straight row in a few areas on his body and i notice him tugging at his ear and i notice them same 3 red bite marks in a row...Those 3 bite red bite marks in a row are known to be bed bugs.

When checking in the hotel staff turned us away because of their sytem was down. They didnt contact me prior about the change. The room sheet were stained and had crumbs in them. The toilet clogged multiple times. I would recommend trying another hotel.

Run down dump

Pros: I left
Cons: First impression is get rid of the monster speed bumps
Location: It's San Diego
customer service was non existent. Their sole purpose was to separate me from my money. When I called reservations to cancel, they didn't and tried to BS me into some other trash vacation they were promoting. I had to physically go to the dump and cancel in person. The worst hotel chain I have experienced.

Roaches, Roaches, Roaches!

Pros: The bed's and furniture.
Cons: Many improvements needed.
Location: Location is terrible and secluded. No nearby grocery or dining nearby.
They have roaches and they will try to put their roach problems on all their guest bringing them into the motel. Most of the receptionist clerks are rude.The front desk staff and employees treat the guest like their not important, and all complaints are treated like the guests are at fault. If my family had had other motel reasonable price, aarp senior discounted options, we would have stayed somewhere else. It's also not near businesses I'm doing very important business with and now out of monies to go to another hotel/motel. They charge for amenities (irons, ironing boards, hair blow dryers, most of the TV stations a blurry, they stop giving because of fleas, nets and who knows what else. The carpets are dirty. Linen, spreads are always stained. They have a small cafeteria area where the vending machines are with tables and chairs. Their staff eats their lunch in there so when their eating they don't want paying guest either near the staff or not in the room at all. When first arrived you could see the floors haven't been vacuumed and a big Walt of Hair was and still is behind the night stand. Dirt and food in the corners around the walls. Having to be concerned when you go out of your room what domestic violence or police are going to be arresting someone. Police seem to be at this motel almost daily. People stand out on balconies on-off smoking marijuana. I've stayed at this motel since or about 2/11-2/22/2017.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Pros: NOTHING!!!
Cons: BURN THAT ONE DOWN AND BUILD A NEW PROPERTY WHERE A MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR IS THERE AFTER 6PM.
Location: DON'T KNOW, WE CHECKED OUT!!!
In all my years of travel this is the dirtiest, filthiest hotel I ever stayed in. The bathroom was horrible, the bed was horrible! The entire room was just horrible and people next door to us were very shady. Needless to say we checked out!
