"The hotel is in a great location just off the main square. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the fresh made omelets were a great way to start our day. The beds were also very comfortable. There is a lot of live music in close proximity to the hotel but the doors and windows look newly installed and blocked almost all of the sound, they do provide ear plugs in the room but we never needed them. Would recommend for future travelers!"

The first night I arrived at this hotel I had altitude sickness, and the staff were very response and moved very quickly to get me the help I needed. They provided me with an oxygen mask and gave me oxygen, immediately called the doctor and stayed with me in my room until the doctor arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the best care possible. I am truly grateful for what they did.

The best feature of this hotel was the care that each employee gave to their guests. My family stayed there for 4 nights and received nothing but outstanding and personalized service, which included free airport pick up, called to order dinner to be delivered from a local restaurant and let us eat in dining room (they did the dishes), the wonderful Karina who made fresh eggs and toast each morning with a vast array of fruits, cereals yogurts and homemade cookies to take for a snack. This hotel is excellent is you want to stay and Cusco and be close to the tours and restaurants. I would recommend is to avoid the rooms outside of the main rooms. They are located near the dining area. They are older and colder than the newer rooms. They are also more remote from the rest of the hotel. The Hotel accomodations were excellent and the service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Warm and friendly staff; delicious and fresh breakfast (100 times better than the included breakfasts in the U.S.); lovely and clean courtyard and room; close location to the bank, Orion supermarket, and Plaza de Armas. Easy/medium walk to just about anywhere. Would definitely stay here again if we ever end up back in Cusco! Oh, they also provide free coca tea which can help some people with their altitude sickness. This hotel is very central to everything and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great, lots of variety great service.
General TiPS....when you get to Cusco just relax in your room the first day/night. The altitude is no joke. The hotel provides oxygen for $35 so if you are feeling light headed or out of breath this comes in handy. ALSO no alcohol or heavy foods the first night. High altitude affects your digestive system so take it easy. If you are going to Machu Picchu leave your...

The hotel is conveniently located in the Cusco center, close to restaurants and coffee shops. It is clean and cozy. The very best part of our stay was extremely helpful staff going above and beyond to make our trip so enjoyable: they were helping with COVID tests, contacting tour operators, calling taxi etc.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would choose it again !

The room, bathroom and property was extremely clean and modern. The staff were very helpful. We had an early morning excursion so they had breakfast pre packed for us. Great WiFi, hot shower and there’s a restaurant on property incase you don’t feel like walking into town, which isn’t too far. Excellent property
