I actually thought this room was very accommodating and the room was nice,.clean, and up to date. It was quiet and secure. Even though staff wasn't all that friendly, they monitored who came in and out of the parking lot. Overall I would probably stay again, especially for the affordable price.

Do not recommend for more than an 8 hour stay

The property needs to be updated as well as a lot of repairs need to happen. It appeared everything was out of service while I was there. There is a fitness center listed as being onsite, but it does not exist. No breakfast, no ice machine. Nothing special about this hotel. When I closed my door, I saw a tissue blocking the peep hole, but the room was decently clean. Would like to have had at least coffee available.

Very average. The room itself was a little shabby and there was an empty chip bag left on the floor. The bed was clean and comfy and the bathroom was clean. The AC worked great and the microwave and fridge were a nice touch. Staff was efficient, friendly and check in was a snap. Would stay again if the price is right.

Unfortunately the first night I stayed there there was blood on the bed, and although they did switch me rooms , the front desk person who was there the next morning insinuated that it was our blood when I told him it wasn’t. I wasn’t even comfortable staying there so I didn’t stay there the second night.

The room was clean and cozy. Perfect for a one-night stay. Unfortunately, the breakfast area was closed, so we had to look for breakfast. Not much to say about interacting with the staff since the only person who helped us was a gentleman upon arrival.

Front desk clerk made me feel like I was wasting his time at check in. Towels were not clean. One still had hair from previous person who used it. Door to the room was sketchy. Only one lock that probably needs to be looked at. Gap between the door and the wall was large then normal. Light from outside shine right on through the gap. Blinds were difficult to close. A lot of noise most likely from the busy streets. Worst part was the girls on the balcony above our room looking for attention and trying to make some money. Ice machine didn't work. Soda vending machine was all sold out

Comfy and welcoming

The owner, Nick, is warm and funny, and makes one feel part of a family and a community that he cherishes, eager to connect you to a coffee shop or restaurant. The rooms are simply but elegantly decorated, very comfortable and quiet opening on an inner courtyard. Very convenient walking distance to many city destinations, a friendly and welcoming city.

I actually do like this hotel I’ve stayed multiple times and never really had a problem. But my last stay I had to change rooms in the middle of the night trying to go to sleep because I was getting bites from bed bugs. I am also allergic to insect bites so it was very irritating I couldn’t do much about it with out my antibiotics. I have pictures to prove it as well. Hate to say I won’t be coming back.
