The totally remodeled villa offers you a modern, lay back feel. You’ll enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, the dining area, the living room and the large terrace with a beach view, NO BBQ available... Will accommodates up to 8 guests. For your enjoyment, includes AC, TV, internet, washer/dryer, and much more. You'll have one designated parking space. To help provide hosts and guests with peace of mind, security cameras and noise monitoring device are located on the terrace and balcony outside the apartment.

Perfect Spot!
We LOVED our stay here. Not only are you in a gated community in gorgeous Dorado, but you’re just a short walk away from the beach! This brownstone style condo was the best for a family trip. The 3rd floor was quiet, the layout on the 2nd floor was great and you cannot beat the balcony and patio views. We will definitely be coming back. Best host - really communicative. Oh and the place was so clean and had several AC units throughout the entire unit! As well as each individual room! Miss it already.

‼️‼️‼️This home and it’s host should not be allowed on here. I don’t even know where to begin. I arrived at the property with the assigned guests in my reservation and had relatives that I have not seen in years including my 90 year old grandma meet us there since it was the most convenient location. Seconds within arriving at property the owner of the home calls me about having too many guests sleeping in the home. I told her my family is just visiting us momentarily and we are then all splitting ways. A few seconds later she comes into the property and demands I call VRBO to add the other guests since the house was only equipped for 2 people. I advised her no problem but that my relatives were not staying there and just came to visit for a short amount of time. I was on hold with VRBO for about an hour to make the changes but they were not picking up. I even offered the owner cash as the money wasn’t the problem and that’s obviously what she wanted more of. The owner who never left the property we rented later decided that it was best for us to leave and that she will not be giving us a refund. My family and I have a lot of compassion for local business owners and people who rent their homes but trust me guys, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY, unless you want to feel stalked, threatened and unsafe in a beat down complex. PS, at one point she even made a disgusting comment about my 95 year old grandmother having to wait standing outside the gate of the complex to come in.

Great stay
This villa is excellent. The location is great and the beach is beautiful. Everything we could have asked for was at this location. Ineabelle is a great host. She answered any questions we had and issues were taken care of promptly. If we go back to Puerto Rico, this will be the first place I look to stay.

Villas de Playa 2 Condo, Dorado del Mar
My family loved our stay so much, we will hopefully be able to stay again. The condo was just as described and the pictures were accurate. The condo has been updated to a modern design. The master bathroom is very large and spacious and the 2nd floor bathroom is modern with a nice shower. The master bedroom is huge with a nice sized closet. But the best part is the balcony with the ocean view. I spent a lot of time on that balcony in the short time we were there listening to the waves and taking in the peaceful view. The 2nd floor bedrooms are mirrors of each other with bunkbeds, twin over fulls. Both rooms have closets and room for luggage. The kitchen is a nice size. Lovely to have access to washer and dryer in the unit. There is a nice back porch with a sofa. We loved that the condo provided beach chairs, toys and towels. Super convenient. One of the best parts (and why we want to come back) was being able to walk to the beach across the street and not have to drive. With kids, that was incredible. If the kids needed the bathroom, were hungry or simply needed to go back, we could walk back in a few minutes. For families, with young kids I consider this a huge plus. The beach was lovely and very quiet. The condo community itself was very quiet and relaxing. The pool was nice and clean as well but we spent most of our free time at the beach. Would recommend to anyone to stay but definitely suggest having a car due to location. Thanks and we will hopefully be back.,

Location, Location, Location
Property as expected. No BBQ at the terrace, not a deal breaker for us we did not planned to cook. Owner very attentive. Only downside is that you can't throw toilet paper inside the toilet for me that is a no-no. I bought plastic bags, double the bags, and was constantly replacing them. We keep the bins empty all the time. For the rest I will recommend. The pool and the beach/ mostly yours during the morning until 4pm. After that it gets crowded the beach, not the pool. Good neighbors, you will enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay...
