Please restrict all recreational activities to within the fenced property boundaries - the road leading up to the driveway is a restricted, private road and not to be used in such a way.
Pool heat is available for a fee and must be requested in advance.
Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to additional pet fees and deposits. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStays approval you may be subject to a fine

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Gorgeous location
Great location and beautiful house to enjoy time with friends. Nice big kitchen with lots of space to work and great dining room table that fit all 11 of us. The outside spaces are great with bocci court, fire pit, hammock and lots of seating with beautiful views. Only a few issues with the house - the bathroom door in the master didn't close, the bathtub in the master bath was inoperable and the oven door didn’t close all the way. But overall it was the perfect house for our group.

Amazing family vacation
We had an amazing time as this property. It was perfect for 3 families. The house is huge and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool, horses and all the extras. The views were amazing and we are definitely coming back!!!!

A stunning venue for my 60th Birthday with Family
The Granada did not disappoint as a wonderful venue to host my 60th Birthday with my family. Plenty of room to spread out, tons of activities, a chef’s kitchen fully appointed and a pool my grandkids never wanted to leave. The views from this property were incredible with beautiful sunrises over rolling hills and sunsets over neighboring vineyards. Granada is close to several excellent wineries as well.

Secluded Paradise
Every year we get away for a weekend with college friends and their families. This house was perfect for all of us! Huge kitchen, amazing outdoor pool and games with a spectacular view! And not a neighbor around! Beds were comfortable and the house was spacious. We will definitely return again next year!
