"Overall very good hotel experience. Because of the 6600ft altitude and steep hills, walking back to the hotel from the plaza can be taxing, even for just a few blocks. The hotel had no elevator, so several flights of stairs added to the challenge. However, we chose the upper room over the ground floor because of the rooftop patio access, with nice views. Two minor negatives: 1) shower floor tiles could use some bleaching/grouting, 2) the king size bed sagged significantly on both sides, pitching...
