"There were 7 of us this weekend and this house was perfect for what we needed. While it is a bit funky (note that it is an historic craftsman-style home that has had several modifications over the years) in layout, we all had our own beds (yay!) and easy access to the two restrooms. The dining area and kitchen were lovely and well-equipped. Location was great and we took advantage of the nearby Girl & the Fig (delicious food!) and close proximity to the coast (1 hr and 15 minutes to Shell Beach...

"We had a wonderful stay at this location. Celebrating my sister’s engagement, with a total of 9 people. The property was very easy to find, with clear instructions for check in. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Check out also very easy. 10/10 would recommend for bigger groups. "

"The house was clean and conveniently located. I had inquired about an earlier check in time; the 4pm check in was right as we had an engagement party at 5:30 and had just arrived from the east coast. Unfortunately the host was unwilling to allow us a 3pm check in which was disappointing. Also, make sure to rent a small car as the garage is very small. "
