Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’appartamento del Sig Luigi, due adulti e due adolescenti gestendo gli spazi nonostante l’abitazione è più indicata per 3 persone è presente una veranda molto carina per consumare i pasti .Vicinissima al centro, Luigi disponibile ad assecondare le nostre richieste.Consigliato

L appartamento è in un complesso residenziale ben curato vicino al centro e alla spiaggia della cinta . L appartamento e molto minimale ma per fortuna ha un terrazzo che sopperisce un po’ alla carenza di spazio interno. Gli accessori essenziali ci sono tutti

Ottima posizione, si raggiunge facilmente il centro a piedi, posto auto sempre disponibile, villaggio molto ben curato, appartamento piccolino ma molto funzionale e confortevole. Ottimo soggiorno.

Piccola ma Perfetta!

Abbiamo soggiornato 1 settimana, la posizione è ottima a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia della Cinta e dal Centro di Sam Teodoro. la casa è posizionata all'interno di una villaggio residenziale, curatissimo e molto accogliente. L'appartamento è molto piccolo, ma con tutti confort, ed il terrazzo è perfetto per le cene .

Grazioso e pratico

Sono stata una settimana a San Teodoro con una mia amica, l'appartamento è piccolo ma pratico con un grazioso terrazzino. Completo di tutti i servizi e gli ospitanti gentilissimi e disponibili. Lo consiglio.

Excellent Communication - Needs updating

The host was exceptionally helpful and kind, he was very accommodating of our requests. He was very responsive. The property however is very compact/small which is ok for two people at a push. The kitchen area is modern and the balcony sufficient. We liked having the communal outdoor shower which was better than the shower in the property. The bathroom is not great I’m afraid, the water was just a trickle but a little better when the plumber came to help. The shower is very small. Just one thing - The bed needs replacing as the springs make a loud noise every time you move. This property itself does not have its own garden like others on site as it is on the first floor, there is a communal grass area. Washing machines are communal and on site €4 for a large load.
