"What an adorable apartment! Within walking distance to restaurants and beach. The apartment is equipped with a small refrigerator, coffee and coffee pot which is perfect. Toaster and microwave too. Highly recommend everything about it. Smooth processs from start to finish."

"The room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable, with a cathedral ceiling, a comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom. It was quiet and LOVELY. The welcoming hostess was hospitable- she met us at the door both nights- and helpful. We were not prepared for the fact that the view included a busy road. The photos on the website show the main beach in Hull, but that requires a drive. We looked out on a small tributary/pond, with a busy road to the right of our balcony. Aside from being more truthful about the view, my only suggestion is to make the signage about when breakfast is available more uniform. The sign in our room and the one in the kitchen differed from the directions provided by the hostess, which happened to be correct, but we only found this out after the first morning, when we assumed (based on the sign in our room) that we had missed breakfast and thus did not go downstairs. We had breakfast at our own expense, although it was included in the room charge. That is an easy fix."

"We enjoyed our stay. It’s right across the street from the beach with beautiful views and near a ton of restaurants with one of the nicest being right downstairs. The rooms were clean and showers were nice. You could definitely see some things needing updates in the hotel but they always had someone working on things so looked like they are keeping it up. Would definitely recommend."

"This was perfect for my husband and myself. Location was awesome. Loved the beach front acsess. The balcony overlooking beach was lovely for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The apartment was clean and well stocked w all your basic needs. The building was safe and secure! Would definitely stay again if we were in the area."

"Absolutely loved this house. The owner was so friendly and helpful. Looked just like the pictures, so clean and has everything you need including complimentary toothbrushes, shampoo, coffee etc. waking up to my own private balcony overlooking the water was a dream. "It is a great old home nicely renovated modern touches and decorated in a beautiful monochromatic scheme. The owner was communicative and easy to reach. Although we didn’t do much cooking, the kitchen had everything one would need. Because it’s an old house the stairs are rather steep esp the set leading to the third floor. Also the showers in both bathrooms had great water pressure but were on the small side. The house is in a fabulous location in a quiet neighborhood very close to a harbor and the quaint town of Cohasset with shops and lots of options for dining!"
