“The day staff was very helpful with questions about where to eat. The night staff not so much. The vending machine kept charging me for a soda and then when it was time to dispense, the machine would say unable to dispense. It did at least refund my money. All they kept saying was "Are you following the instructions?" There is no pool. The photos show there being a pool. The amenities say there is a pool. The hallways were filthy; they were not vacuumed. The rooms were clean however; dust……
