"Stayed here for our 10-year wedding anniversary and it was perfect. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was spacious and spotless. Great location too—had vegan pizza from a nearby restaurant. Would definitely return for a special occasion!"

"This property was excellent. We celebrated our honeymoon and everyone was so accommodating and very attentive. Mim was exceptional. She goes over and above to make sure everyone is taken care of. Professional yet very very kind. Nicolas was also exceptional. Always made us feel welcome. The only issue we had was upon our arrival at the train station the boat taxi from the hotel was extremely rude to us. We had areanged to have him pick us up at 3 and it was 2:55 and he was upset that he kept calling us We needed time to get from the train with our bags and find where to meet him. Plus we had no data and had to use the wifi of train station. It ruined our excitement that we felt when we arrived in venice. This was not acceptable. I would like the hotel to look into this.
