“Yolanda and Eileen are so generously hospitable, attending to every detail ahead of time so our event and time at Back 40 was very smooth, enjoyable, and relaxing. They are very attentive and helpful and flexible; then, during our event, they discreetly disappeared but let us know how to easily reach them. David has a very calming, kind presence. The grounds and amenities supersede what is delineated online. I arrived before my daughter/son-in-law whose marriage we were celebrating and after……

“I'll start with pointing out the best part of staying in this hotel 1) the pool is big and amazing for adults and kids! Just got to be careful with the big cockroaches wandering around the pool. and 2) the beach view is right in front of the hotel, as soon as you cross the street, you don't have to take your vehicle to find a parking spot. The hotel has great customer service, everyone are so nice. The breakfast is ok, it got what you usually can eat for breakfast. The beds and pillows are……

“We loved that the AC in our room was super cold! But it was disappointing that the pool was closed for repairs and there was no mention of that when we booked. We brought swim suits and planned for an afternoon of relaxing by the pool only to find out it was Temporarily Closed and was only half full of water. I understand that repairs or maintenance must happen, just wish we had notice when we made the reservation.”
