“First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP……

“Such a beautiful apartment in Sausalito. We really enjoyed our stay and the hosts are very accommodating and responsive. Easy walk to ferry and all of Sausalito. No need for a car if hanging out in Sausalito and taking the ferry to San Francisco. We will come again. ”
