Up on the second floor, which is accessed by elevator, this condo is simple in design, highlighting its beachside location with clean, simple furnishings, a wall of windows, and well-placed mirrors to bring in ample natural light. There are plenty of places to sit in the open living area as you warm up in front of the gas fireplace. Watch a movie or a favorite cable show on the TV with a DVD player. The second floor puts you up above the beach, offering a nice view from the balcony.

The kitchen is similarly straight-forward and open, offering white appliancesincluding a dishwasher, a breakfast island with seating, and a dining table. A couple or two friends will love spreading out around this home as a gentle breeze flows in from the deck.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
