"Excellent customer service. Comfortable bed, large, clean room. Beautiful view and grounds. Lots of amenities- binoculars and bicycles available to be lent. It was our anniversary and a bottle of nice wine was sent to our room for us. All the staff, friendly and helpful. We really loved our stay. We will go again. We had dinner at Drake‘s restaurant. The food was pretty good, but the service was below the standard one would expect. Very slow to take our order, time between courses was way too long and they forgot part of order. I noticed the table next to us at the same problem. Cocktails took forever to be delivered. Our waiter was not especially interested in providing good service. However, the View was very nice. "

"Photos, especially the opening one, are misleading. It looks like a fancy hotel. It is not. It's a motel. A fine motel, but nothing fancy. Construction is thin, which means all the poolside rooms (i.e. all rooms) hear all the conversations from the pool area until the pool closes at 10pm. And footsteps from upstairs neighbors come through loud and clear. There's nothing awful here, but this is not the experience I thought I was booking."
