“Room was pretty clean but we had a few issues. The refrigerator had been turned off and leaked water all over the floor. All staff did was hand us some towels. They needed to wet vacuum the area. Electrical outlet by the bed was so worn out that my phone charger kept falling out. I also did not care for the lavatory that was outside the bathroom right by the entrance door. Gave you no privacy.”

“I really wasn't happy with this hotel being a microtel I expected more. Upon checking in I was giving a room that smelled bad like mildew. I was given another room with smell damp and felt wet. The sheets was stained the comforters was stained and dirty.the breakfast wasn't good on juice like water. I guess it was frozen anyway. All in all, I enjoyed the city, the mountains, the views, the stores had a wonderful time in the city”

“Photos and commentary didn’t convey to me that this was an “apartment” on the 3rd floor of a large building. Signage was sparse and unclear, and we didn’t find an elevator until day 2. Description suggests a 20 minute walk to Dollywood … unachievable. I tried to contact the owner/manager via email prior to arrival; no response. Condo was very nice, everything was clean and worked.”

“This property is absolutely worth booking! Pinot Paradise is a true mountain oasis, and the photos simply do not do the location justice. “Clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for the kitchen as well. We loved the pool table too. Would stay here again. Recommend a vote for guard rails going up the road. It’s a little sketchy for a 2 way street, but thankfully wasn’t busy during our stay.”

“This was a beautiful property and located pretty close to a beautiful river that we spent alot of our time in. The porches were very accomodating and the kitchen space was spectacular. Overall one of our best stays. The property management was also very accomodating for such a last minute set-up. My only con: The upstairs was pretty hot. There are some window units and it was pretty hot outside and we did not compain during our stay. I'm sure their are ways the property management can fix this……
