“Unfortunately I was charged TWICE on the WRONG card and charged a late checkout fee, which I asked to be removed for the inconvenience of being double charged on the wrong card and was DENIED that request. Then when I called to ask for additional towels the first time the office lady did bring them to my room right away. The second night I asked for additional towels I had to go down and get them myself from the office.”
