"We had a terrible stay at this hotel and had to leave a day early. The road way to the hotel is appalling and full of pot holes. On arrival at reception the receptionist was pleasant, we then got to our room, even before entering you were hit by the smell of damp and mould, we entered the room and straight away had to open windows because of the smell. "The staff were very welcoming on arrival and managed to getbus checked in early. The room was spacious and the beds extremely comfy. The tea and coffee facilities were very basic and the kettle in the room was well used. Breakfast was very basic for the price and i think very expensive for what was on offer. Other than this the stay was nice and again the staff were all polite and helpful"
