“We booked a non-smoking room with two beds, but the room we were initially given was absolutely horrible. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and was clearly not a comfortable or clean non-smoking room. “This was THE WORST hotel I have EVER stayed at in my life! There was no coffee pot in room as advertised, the hair dryer had been ripped off the wall and not replaced, when I asked for a hair dryer the lady said to give her a little bit to find one, never received one. Only had two towels and two wash cloths, no hand towels or kitchen linens. I asked at the desk for a couple more towels as we had a jacuzzi tub and wanted a separate towel to use instead of the same bath towel, you would’ve……
