Quaint place. As advertised, (English B&B)Posted Nov 16, 2013
Pros: Quiet location. Small place where you get to know the owner and the guests. Funky atmosphere, interesting food, British theme.
Location: Located in quiet neighbourhood on small road in kind of bucolic area about ten minutes from down town. Nothing to do but relax.
Nice experience. This is an interesting and well run place, very funky and not at all fancy. Very pleasant owner. Good food at breakfast. Nice relaxing atmosphere in a very quiet part of town. Since it has only six rooms there is not much chance of it being over run with people, but it does fill up with about ten guests. Must say it is over priced. And prices seemed to be a bit flexible. There are a couple of larger rooms and one small one and a three in the middle. The website has various prices for the different rooms and discounts for longer stays. I suggest calling the place directly and determining what room you are getting and for how much money.

Good experience. The breakfast alone is worth the cost of admission.

Melitta Station InnPosted May 29, 2012
Pros: Charming decor, friendly owners and gusts, extremely quiet.
Cons: I would have liked a locked safe key return box since we left before sunrise
The owners were so gracious and very accommodating. We had to get up really early for a hot air balloon excursion and they went out of their way to set up a table for two breakfast in the dining area and had a pot of coffee ready to go. Next time we will unchain ourselves from all of the commitments like we had this past weekend so we can get full enjoyment out of the Inn. We will definitely be back!

English Style B & BPosted Nov 10, 2011
Very pleasant facility. Tim and Jackie are very nice and hospitable and comfortable to be around. Rooms are not large. Lack places to hang clothes and locate suitcases without being in the way. Otherwise they are comfortable. Facility is old and consequently plumbing and electrical required some patience to work with. Nothing dangerous. Our room laked seating places that were comfortable.
