Nice property
Pros: The owner (Hutch) was great and responded quickly when we had a hiccup at check in. The house is spacious with a fantastic view of the lake through the front windows (neither master bedroom has a lake view). A large garage with plenty of parking and a kitchen with a very good oven/range and utensils. The house also has lots of little things that help you enjoy the stay like beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. Cons: Our cons are mostly minor. The neighborhood is a mixed bag. Regan Beach, which is the park and small beach across the street, attracts an interesting crowd in the evenings and lots of loud cars (the park exit is directly across the street from the house). Also, because the lake level is so low, the water along Regan Beach is super warm and there is smelly algae on the shore. We only visited the park to watch the sunset. Some of the pans in the kitchen need to be replaced and there were only 5 steak knives, so we had to improvise and share. There are cobwebs on some windows (which could use a good cleaning) and in some of the light fixtures. The rooftop deck has a great view, but nothing was set up there -- we would have had to carry heavy chairs from a third floor closet up the spiral staircase and set up the patio umbrella, which was lying on its side. We used the BBQ once and the electric starter was broken so we had to figure out how to light it by hand. Don't weigh our cons too heavily. Just trying to give a complete picture from the perspective of picky travelers. Overall, the price point was fair, we had a good stay and a great 50th bday celebration at the property, but we probably will not visit again.

Great memories!
We had a wonderful 7 night stay! The balcony was our favorite place to drink our morning coffee. The house was spacious with adults taking over the 2nd story while kiddos hung out and played games downstairs. The front lawn made for fun nights of freeze tag. Camp Richardson and Zephyr Cove are minutes away and we truly felt our stay was in prime location. We utilized the kitchen almost every night and although the house got warm at times we left the windows open for a nice breeze. We took scooters to have some Casino fun and walked around Heavenly Village due to how close it all was. The check in and check out was easy and this will be a trip we hope to do again next year!

Wow. I wish I could give this property more stars. The only thing I didn’t like about this place was that we didn’t stay here for a full week. A beach is right across the street and there’s a secret beach down the street a bit which is so secluded. This house was perfect and we were so sad to leave. Heads up, there is no AC in the house but it wasn’t a problem at all. The house cools down very well with the windows open and even got a bit cold at night! We had excellent communication with Hutch and wish we could have shared a glass of wine with him. Great guy! There are two beach chairs and two umbrellas in the garage which we happily used. We rented a paddle board for our stay from a place in town which was very easy to deal with. We can’t wait to come back here and when we do, it’ll be for a week!

Fabulous House
The house was awesome with 3 levels for sleeping & rooftop. Gorgeous view of lake. Clean! The only downfall was traffic and noise late at night & the beach we had hoped to use was stinky, murky with green algae. We drove to Baldwin Beach instead. We enjoyed our week with a family of 8.

Great family memories
Thank Hutch for sharing your beautiful home with our family. The house was perfect for the 12 of us. We loved the quiet location, yet it was close to everything. Did I mention a playground for the kids across the street. We especially appreciated the cleanliness during this Covid times. We stayed over the Memorial Weekend and it was an amazing place to stay. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful home.
