“The shower wasn't very clean and looked like it needed to be updated. I don't think it was mold...maybe it was a buildup of soap scum. Not sure but I was reluctant to shower in it. Everything else about the room was fine. The bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast (& lunch) were delicious. The staff was wonderful. It is a 25 minute walk to the nearest tube. The photo and description of the property are a little misleading. This is NOT in London. It is in Hayes, 45 minutes to an hour on the train……

“The hotel is so old, everything in the room just feel like back to 40 yrs ago. There still trash in the washroom when we got into the room. There was stain inside the toilet. Bedsheet was worn out. The photos from Expedia are far different from what we experienced.
Staff is nice.”

“The best thing about this hotel is its price. It is a lot cheaper than ones in the Zone1/2 area. However, please consider that if you are taking public transportation into central London, the cost and time do add up (bus and tubes). If you are driving, this hotel will be the best.
There are local corner stores, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.
The hotel is clean. WIFI is strong and stable. The hallway is like a maze and narrow, so you will……

“Its not a Hotel, its like Hostel. My stay at this hotel was terrible. The building is very old and was not clean. There was a lot of dust, which triggered my allergies and made me feel unwell during my stay.
The stairs were extremely steep, almost a 90-degree climb, and very difficult to use, especially with luggage. I also did not eat anything during my stay because the condition of the place made me feel sick.
The night was another major problem. Some guests in the next room were drinking……
