“Excellent services and amenities”

“Went through Expedia that charged me $166 and the property charged a room rate with them for $256 on top of $166 I already paid and that wasn't for incidentals that was $100 separate which understand. The staff said they took care of it but it seems as though the re fund is going to take a few days...”

“I had a great short trip at the Holiday Inn Express in Port Huron. There was a last minute change to our reservation, and the lovely front desk associate was able to adjust our room and give us a beautiful view of the river. The hotel was recently renovated and very clean. There were little amenities in the bathroom, but very easily accessible if you call down to the front desk. Breakfast was very standard - not the best continental I've had but it was sufficient. I would stay here again!”

“入住当天上午一直下雨，计划先到这个已经预定的酒店存放行李。抵达时才上午11点多，接待员工很热情查询了一下房间状态说可以提前入住，意外之喜。早餐相对简单一些，早餐区比较拥挤（另一方面说明入住率比较高）”
