This great home is built to handle 12 golfers, or a group just looking to get away! The kitchen is large with island and counter bar is great for entertaining large groups. Living room has 50” TV, two large couches and two recliners. Dining room has a 31/2’ x 7’ Pool Table. Check out the wall collection of golf bag tags from all over! Master bedroom includes a King size bed, Jacuzzi tub and shower. The second floor includes four bedrooms and three baths. The front porch is a nice, quiet space to relax, and the back patio is great for grilling. Interested in playing golf? Ask us about golf packages! Standard drip coffee maker and Keurig in home. Please no more than 4 cars at vacation home.

Great property. Had everything we needed. Great location. Only complaint is that the upstairs air conditioning wasn't working properly. Made a call to Sandhills and we just monitored over our stay. Opened some windows and was fine then.

Excellent location and comfortable home
House is well equipped to handle quite a few people with 5 bedrooms and multiple bed in each. Quiet location with quick access to the local Pinehurst village, golf courses and Village area with restaurants and shops. Plenty of living room space and recreational pool table and outdoor grill. Wifi worked well and little things like coffee filters, cooking oils and cooking seasonings that most people need when renting a home for an extended period.

Amazing location, mediocre accommodations, terrible check-in
This house is located in the heart of Pinehurst village, which is no doubt an amazing location. We played a couple of courses that were within 5-8 mins driving distance. Of course Pinehurst resort was only 5 mins away. Location aside however, the house itself was mediocre (décor and cleanliness). Our check-in experience was not great at all. After a six hour drive down to Pinehurst with 12 guys, we arrived to a house with no running water anywhere. No toilet use, no water in sinks or kitchen. The downstairs toilets also were not functional aside from the water issue. Nowhere did our check-in instructions mention anything about a main water valve for shut-off or turn on. We essentially searched for it in the whole house and came up empty. We arrived late to the house given the drive and upon discovering the water issue, called all three emergency numbers provided without any response. The whole point of an emergency number is to be on call 24/7. Unfortunately spent the night without any water in the house. In the morning, by dumb luck mind you, one of the guys found the main water valve hidden behind the laundry room door. The downstairs toilet issue still persisted. Someone from Sandhills contacted me first thing in the morning and sent maintenance once we had left given tee times. The whole check-in experience was terrible. And since I made the reservation, I got plenty of comments and looks from the 11 other guys that were unwelcomed and could have been avoided.

We had a family wedding with some family members and then my sons friends that flew in to play a little golf. It was a great house that accomodated everyone comfortably. Also a wonderful location.

Everything is just 10 minutes away!
This property is centrally located. 4 1/2 baths makes it easy for groups to be ready for golf or a nice evening out very conveniently. The home has everything the pictures suggest. Great backyard for BBQ and lovely front porch for coffee in the morning. Everything you need is there.
